PAL ELISA employs a monoclonal
antibody to achieve maximum specificity which was developed and licensed
through North Carolina State University.
Allergen extracts are analyzed to
determine protein content before use in order to minimize lot to lot
variation and to enhance standardization of assays.

PAL has lower serum requirement,
only 2mls of serum is required for allergy testing services on
small animals and 3mls for horses.
-
PAL offers carefully formulated allergen panels
consisting of individual allergens chosen for each geographical region.
